We will attempt to execute service at your request. It is unlawful for us to make guarantees about the date and time of service. Service is predicated on the availbility of the Defendant being at the address you provided.

While you complete the order form, here is just a few of the things we do to make sure service is successful...

Prepare the Documents: Ensure that you have the correct legal documents that need to be served. These documents can include summonses, complaints, subpoenas, or other legal notices. Make copies of all the necessary documents.

Identify the Parties to be Served: Determine who needs to be served with the court papers. This typically includes the defendant(s) or any other involved parties in the case.

Choose a Method of Service: Common methods of serving court papers include personal service (delivering the documents directly to the recipient), certified mail, publication in a local newspaper, or through a process server. The method you choose will depend on the circumstances and legal requirements.

Complete Service Affidavit: Many jurisdictions require the person who serves the court papers to complete an affidavit of service or proof of service. This document attests that the papers were served in accordance with the law. Ensure you complete this accurately.

File Proof of Service with the Court: After serving the court papers, you typically need to file a copy of the proof of service with the court. This informs the court that service has been completed.

Keep Records: Maintain copies of all documents related to the service, including the proof of service. These records may be needed in the future to demonstrate that service was carried out correctly.
